Our 1:1 Career Coaching is always uniquely tailored to each individual depending on specific needs. It is ideal for any individual at any level who wishes to receive specific, tailored, individual assistance from one of our team of seasoned, deeply experienced expert Career Coaches.
Our expert, supportive, non-judgemental Career Coaches can help you with practical tools and advice to work out what the next step in your career might be – and then create a plan to get you moving in the right direction. They won’t tell you what to do, of course, but they will support and guide you to get the insights you need to get clarity on your career and next steps, and help you decide what sort of role you would be best suited to apply for.
Individual career coaching is also invaluable if you need help with improving a specific job application, be that improving your performance in interviews (including overcoming nerves!), tailoring your CV/résumé for a specific job, or writing an application, covering letter and/or Targeted Questions to apply for a specific role.
Your expert coach will assist you in getting better results with pretty much anything involved in the Job Application and Interview Skills process!
