06 360⁰ Assessments
We offer a range of 360⁰, Personality and other Psychometric Assessments that are practical, easy to understand, and that translate into real life to get real results. We like the US Navy’s KISS principle “Keep It Simple, Stupid”.
Our most popular 360-degree Assessments are the RocheMartin Emotional Intelligence ECR360 (usually used for executives and more senior leaders) and the Psytech/Genesys Leadership 360 (usually used for middle, new and developing managers). We also offer Team assessments – the RocheMartin EQ-based Team assessment is our most popular.
We highly recommend supporting coaching for all our 360 degree assessments in particular. Its simply human nature that people are often quite challenged by their 360-degree assessment results and many need some sort of professional independent support to feel psychologically safe.
We also find that even the most self-aware executive usually needs a high degree of assistance translating the awareness that the 360-degree or other assessment has given them into practical positive action in the workplace. The reality is that most executives doing a 360-degree assessment aren’t as self aware as they maybe think they are (which is often why they are asked to do a 360 in the first place!), so Executive Coaching support is a necessity not a nice-to-have!
