Participants build their own individual Leadership Roadmap and receive individualised leadership development coaching.

The Roadmap and participant development includes:

✅  Strengths, Development Areas and Blind Spots across up to 5 practical leadership contexts (see below)

✅  Mapped to almost any leadership capability framework e.g. ILS, NSW PS Capability Framework, WA Leadership Expectations, Local Government Capability Framework, etc

✅  An individual Training Needs Analysis (mapped to Capability Framework)

The most popular Roadmap Leadership Development Contexts are listed below, but the Roadmap can be customised to specific organisation, team, and individual needs.

Roadmaps can be shared with supervisors or can be a personal individual development tool. When shared with supervisors, clients have used Roadmaps as part of annual/ 6-monthly/ ongoing Professional Development Plans.

✅  ECR360 Emotional Intelligence 360-degree assessment for each person

✅  Individual 15FQ+ personality assessment for each person

✅  4 hours of 1:1 Executive Coaching for each leader (more coaching can be added for more senior leaders and/or if individuals request it)

✅  Coach adds supporting comments on Roadmaps

✅  Participant and Coach sign off Roadmap

✅  Word and pdf copies of Roadmap delivered so participants can use the document as an ongoing development resource

✅  Shared with supervisors if appropriate and agreed

✅  Certificate of Completion
