Simon Smith

SiSimonmon is the CEO & Founder of Southern Cross Coaching & Development. Simon has an extremely wide range of organisational, team & leadership development, change management, cultural change & executive coaching & consulting expertise across many different private & public sector organisations, including particularly deep experience in NSW Government.

Appointed as Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management & a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Simon’s expertise is also demonstrated by having been awarded Coach of the Year 2013 by the International Coach Federation Australia, and awarded as one of only 5 NSW & ACT (combined) Finalists for the Owner/Manager of the Year 2014 in the Australian Institute of Management’s Excellence Awards. Kimberley Hannagan

KimKimberley is a highly experienced and qualified coach, trainer, facilitator, mediator and conflict manager. She develops and delivers high quality, in-depth, research based training & coaching solutions for cultural change, restructuring & organisational change & development, communication, mediation, conflict management and process management fields.

Kimberley has lectured on MBA and other academic programmes and conducted training in workplaces over some 18+ years, and has a wide range of experience in both the Public and Private Sectors.

Her industry experience has enabled her to develop a practical hands-on approach to analysing and diagnosing workplace change, communications & conflict issues, processes, behaviours and culture.

Kell Tremayne

KellKell is a Doctor of Psychology with dynamic experience in lecturing, tutoring, coordinating at University and as a consultant to private organisations in the area of time management, optimising performance, stress management, and effectiveness training. Kell’s strengths are in the area of lecturing, facilitating elite performers in sport and business, in addition to experience in the coordination of large numbers of students. His experience in facilitating and coaching include: behavioural change, people development, effectiveness and efficiency, personal leadership and focused performance.

Kell is immensely experienced but also has many qualifications to support this. He has a PhD and Honours in Psychology, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Certificate III in Software support, Certificate II in Networking, Bachelor of Econometrics (Hons) and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics and Biochemistry.  Paul Barry

PaulWith over 35 years in the Reserve Bank of Australia, Paul combines a wealth of deep public and banking/finance sector experience at C-level Management, Executive & Board level with high-level study and skills in coaching, psychology, counseling, economics & finance.
He has exceptionally well-developed leadership, communication and analytical skills, with a deeply pragmatic, people-based approach underpinned by an extremely well developed Emotional Intelligence & underlying empathy. Merryl Semple

MerrylMerryl has over 20 years experience delivering strategies, programs and courses which support leadership development. Her particular areas of expertise include; leadership development facilitation, high performance executive coaching, performance management, change management, resilience coaching and training, management and leadership development strategy.

Merryl has extensive experience in facilitating leadership development workshops for a range of public and private industries including transport, housing, health, manufacturing, legal and financial services. Kerry Rosser

KerryHaving held various Senior Leadership roles in Banking & Finance, and over 20 years in the learning space, including 7 years as National Learning & Development (L+D) Manager – Global Learning Services at ANZ Bank and 3 years as Strategic L+D Manger for Federal Government agency, ANSTO, Kerry has a clear line of sight to what makes Leaders successful and how to build strong and productive relationships within both Private & Public Sector organisations.

Rita Holland

Kimmaree (Kit) Thompson

KitKimmaree has over 15 years experience at senior executive levels working in/with Public Sector agencies, including working as CEO of Regional Development Australia – Northern Rivers, a Director of Human Resources in State Government, as well as extensive prior Public Sector experience.

She has worked with national recruitment companies undertaking executive recruitment, selection and organisational change consulting for major change initiatives in the NSW Public Sector, including human services and judicial agencies. As a change manager, Kimmaree has been involved in a number of major Public Sector restructures in senior human resources and operations. Kimmaree’s Public and Private Sector experience also encompasses training and consulting services for root cause analysis, and human factor root cause analysis, a proprietary performance improvement methodology.
