We offer supporting coaching for all our assessments - many people can be challenged by their results & need help translating the awareness the assessment has given them into day to day action to change.
We have worked extensively in the Public Sector since we started in business in 2006. Many of our 28+ expert consultants have also been employed in the Public Sector in managerial, Learning and Development, Change and Organisational Development roles, with experience in NSW Government, Federal Government and other States such as Queensland Government.
SCC&D has Full Qualification status (and EARL approval) under the NSW Government Prequalification Scheme: Performance & Management Services.
